Bonfiglioli in Forlì seeks an experienced RSPP & HSE Manager to lead local safety, health and environmental programs across a manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance with Italian regulations, coordinate medical activities, oversee training and first aid teams, and manage DPI procurement.

You will analyze risks, conduct audits, improve KPI results, and report findings to Group HSE. The role offers a competitive €55,000–€60,000 package and career progression in a global industrial group.

Competenze

• Proven experience in HSE roles within complex manufacturing or industrial production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Solid understanding of ISO standards related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy Management Systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Mansioni

• HSE Local Management duties including compliance with quality, environmental, and energy standards.
• Coordinate occupational medicine activities and manage safety-related training.
• Oversee handling of DPI and ensure safe usage across roles; manage first aid teams.
• Lead Risk Analysis and Audit Management activities, plan improvements, monitor results.
• Manage reporting of local KPI related to accidents, energy use, and hazardous waste.
• Provide environmental risk analyses and define corrective actions to reduce incidents.
