We are looking for a highly experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our team for our industrial plant. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well‑being of our employees and the broader community impacted by our environmental footprint. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will lead initiatives, manage complex projects, and mentor junior professionals in the field.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions in the workplace and surrounding environments.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and environmental incidents, collaborating with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Provide expert advice and training on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational and governmental health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community members, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by the organization’s environmental performance.
  • Manage large‑scale projects or processes with minimal oversight.
  • Coach, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals.
  • Solve complex and challenging problems with innovative and effective solutions.
Your Background
  • Degree in Environmental Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in environmental and employee health & safety roles, ideally in a complex or regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others.
  • Fluent English and Italian languages.
