Competenze

• 5 years experience as HSE Manager in Construction and Commissioning projects.
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems and standards including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.

Overview

Lead Health Safety and Environment (HSE) activities for KVI sites across Italy and Europe :

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with local legislation company policies and project-specific HSE standards.
• Coordinate HSE management plans and deliverables with HSE professionals.
• Conduct regular project audits and site inspections.
• Deliver ongoing training and information sessions on HSE topics to relevant staff.
• Investigate HSE incidents perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or safety or another scientific field.
• 5 years experience as HSE Manager in Construction and Commissioning projects.
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems and standards including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and strong knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills persuasive and enduring personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
