Xylem, a global water technology leader, invites a student or graduate in safety/industrial engineering to join a 6‑month EHS internship at Montecchio Maggiore (VI). The role supports digitalizing EHS processes and risk assessment while collaborating with the EH&S team.

You will assist in standardizing procedures, training organization, and documenting the health, safety and environment management system, with potential for a thesis project if requested.

Competenze

• Candidate is enrolled or graduated in safety engineering (civil/industrial) or environment/territory/chemistry.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a team.
• Must own a car (no public transport reliance).
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Mansioni

• Support digitization of EHS processes (e.g., BBS, waste management, checklists).
• Support risk assessment and procedure standardization.
• Run risk perception communications on site (visual methods, e.g., electrical risk, LOTO, confined spaces).
• Collect information/observations/feedback on risks via site visits with production, RLS, workers.
• Assist in organizing EHS training.
• Assist in maintaining EHS management system documentation.
• Assist in implementing ESH management software.
