Sundt Construction is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Department and collaborate with the HSE Corporate Director and regional safety leaders to keep operations running smoothly. The role emphasizes safety compliance, incident reporting, and coordinating training, audits, and safety communications across sites, with a strong focus on teamwork and meticulous documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a construction /office environment
• Time management and organization skills.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, PPT, E1.

Mansioni

• Arrange events or conferences and travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express services.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Power Points, and graphs.
• Maintain calendars for conference rooms and training events.
• Maintain calendars for Corporate Safety Director and Regional Safety Directors.
• Manage Resource Management Staffing Tool.
• Process invoices and review budget material as assigned.
• Provide information for OSHA and MSHA reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate Executive Safety meetings and trainings.
• Support creation of HS&E training materials and distribution.
• Transcribe dictation, write letters/memos, respond to correspondence.
• Update and distribute directories and lists monthly.
