For Zhermack S.p.a. our production site in Badia Polesine we are searching an:

HSE Assistant – Fixed‑Term Contract

The role, reporting to the HSE Manager, provides operational support to the HSE Specialist in carrying out the following activities:

  • Based on the annual Health and Safety inspection plan, ensures the execution of checks to maintain the safety status of plants, equipment, and workplaces across all company areas, guaranteeing timely and effective interventions.
  • Ensures company compliance with the PED directive.
  • Constantly verifies compliance with legal HSE requirements for all activities carried out within the plant (with a particular focus on Waste Management).
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • University or postgraduate education related to health and safety.
  • Fluent/upper‑intermediate English (B2).
  • Good/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to self‑organize and manage projects (time planning, milestones).
  • Previous work experience (including internships) in industrial companies is appreciated but not strictly required.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to analyze and process documents and regulations.
