Competenze

Mansioni

• Maintain and optimize the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide HR insights.
• Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and configure HR processes.

Conoscenze

Experience in HRIS or HR data management

Comfort with data analytics tools like Power BI
