A leading luxury retail firm in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources and 3–5 years of experience in a structured environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives in a dynamic workplace.

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a solid background in Human Resources and a passion for supporting people and organizations to grow. In this role, you will contribute to the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and providing proactive support to both employees and managers. You will act as the dedicated HR point of reference for one of our business areas — IT or Marketing & Communication — becoming a strategic partner for managers and employees and supporting their growth and development in a dynamic and international environment.
