We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing site and support the HR Director in driving recruitment, onboarding, and HR performance analysis activities.


You’ll play a key role in attracting and integrating new talent, enhancing employee experience, and monitoring key HR metrics to support business decisions.


Responsibilities


  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both white‑ and blue‑collar roles, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Partner with line managers to identify needs and ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.

  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring compliance with company and safety standards.

  • Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, time‑to‑hire, training hours, headcount trends) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support management decisions.

  • Support HR planning, training initiatives, and policy implementation at plant level.

  • Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and the CCNL Gomma Plastica.

  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary issues while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.


Qualifications


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related fields.

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing context.

  • Strong background in talent acquisition and data‑driven HR processes.

  • Familiarity with HRIS tools and Excel/Power BI for data analysis.

  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about making an impact through HR.

  • Business mindset and consulting approach.

  • Problem‑solving, active listening and confidentiality.

  • Fluent in Italian, with good English skills appreciated.
