A leading luxury fashion company is seeking an HR Specialist in Milan to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR, strong knowledge of Italian labor law, and excellent communication skills. This is a temporary contract for 1 year in a dynamic international environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a solid background in Human Resources and a passion for supporting people and organizations to grow. In this role, you will contribute to the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and providing proactive support to both employees and managers. You will have the opportunity to act as the dedicated HR point of reference for Finance, legal, Procurement Area — becoming a strategic partner for managers and employees and supporting their growth and development in a dynamic and international environment.
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
Previous experience in supporting business functions
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels
Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
Temporary Contract - 1 year
