As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an enthusiastic team that elevates our guests’ experiences during their stays at our properties.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting our properties in the recruitment process by providing regular updates.
• Assisting the team with CV pre-screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates.
• Coordinating candidate interviews with Managers.
• Advertising vacancies on our website and various recruitment channels.
• Managing the company’s employee database and preparing reports.
• Assisting in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Supporting the team in coordinating employee development plans and performance management.

Candidate profile:

• A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
• A positive mindset, self-drive, and initiative.
• Enthusiasm for travelling abroad.
• High performance when using the PC.
• Versatility in handling various work scenarios.

Language requirements:

• Italian – fluently
• English – fluently
• Additional languages are a plus.
