A global employment platform is seeking an HR Specialist to be a key business partner advising on HR matters in the EOR industry. The role includes full employee lifecycle management, supporting complex employee relations, and staying current with labor laws. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, is fluent in French and English, and possesses exceptional communication skills. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with competitive compensation and benefits.

As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management—advising clients on complex HR matters focusing mainly on Switzerland & France as well as supporting additional EMEA countries. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in‑country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
