Overview
To support our internal staff in achieving challenging goals in terms of Group growth, we are looking for a HR Recruiter to be inserted in our HR Plant team in Piombino Dese.
Responsibilities
- Deliver End to End Recruitment process: understand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, and identify the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelines.
- Recommend and implement the most effective recruiting strategy.
- Job analysis: create job profiles (if not present) according to the manager.
- Definition of the best recruiting channel (e.g., LinkedIn recruiter, company website), drafting and publishing advertisements.
- Accurate management and monitoring of the recruiting process: scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, planning telephone interviews, and managing the technical interview with the managers.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: manage active candidates through the recruitment process, provide regular updates, and share final feedback with the whole population.
- Manage recruitment for special projects (e.g., new plants – task force project).
- Intermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelines.
- Management of the candidate’s database.
- Participate in and manage employer branding activities to recruit the new talent pool.
- Provide monthly reports to the HR function and management (if required). Provide regular updates to management, sharing insight on the market reality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor / Master Degree.
- Experience: 1+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues.
