• Sourcing and selection of candidates

• Relationship with temporary employment agencies (APL)

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written) – our selection process includes a telephone language check;
• Knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French or German is a plus.
• Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues;
• Excellent organizational skills, precision and results orientation;
• Proactivity;
• Excellent public speaking skills;
• Ability to work under pressure.
