Job Posting Title: HR Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

What you will do

To enhance efficiency and standardize operations, we are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager reporting to the HR Director to lead some core transformation projects. The role will be pivotal in designing scalable HR processes, implementing systems, and ensuring alignment between European operations and Global Headquarters in China.

Objectives and responsibilities
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with HQ and regional HR teams.
  • Manage risks, resources, and communication to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Assess and redesign HR workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Support implementation of HR systems and tools across multiple European markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR services.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support new processes and technologies.
  • Engage senior stakeholders, HR business partners, and regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Serve as a bridge between European HR operations and Global HR in China, ensuring smooth coordination and mutual understanding.
What you need to succeed
  • Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience, within multinational environments and HR projects.
  • Background: Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong project planning, execution, and risk management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese.
