We are looking for an HR Planning & People Analytics Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. In this role, you will support the planning, analysis, and reporting of headcount and labour cost at both local and global levels. You will also contribute to the development of HR reporting tools and people analytics to support strategic decision-making within HR and across the business. As part of the Global HR Operations team, your work will help ensure the HR function operates efficiently, respects our Company values, complies with local regulations and Group policies, and delivers high-quality services within budget.
