A leading engineering firm in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes and personnel administration. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a professional environment, good English skills, and the ability to work with multiple internal clients. The position is full-time and candidates should be willing to travel abroad.

Competenze

  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration.
  • Experience in a professional employment consultancy or established company administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative procedures related to hiring and termination processes.
  • Mandatory communications.
  • Payroll processing and payslips checks.
  • Management of vacation, overtime, maternity leave, and related matters.
  • Management of social security and supplementary benefits, updating personal, salary, tax, and social security data.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration within a professional employment consultancy or in established company administration offices.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Rigour, precision, and willingness to handle multiple internal clients simultaneously.
Soft Skills

Excellent communication, analysis, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.

Location

Based in Milan; willingness to travel abroad is required.
