A leading global supplier of elevator components is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Generalist to join their team in Fornovo di Taro. The successful candidate will manage personnel administration, payroll processing, and HR software tools. Ideal applicants have 2 to 4 years of experience in similar fields and a good command of English. This position offers a permanent contract and the possibility of smart working after the trial period.

Competenze

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Willingness to attend a different company location at least twice a month (Seriate).
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving orientation.

Mansioni

  • Full management of the personnel administrative cycle.
  • Payroll and contributions processing, liaising with external consultants.
  • Manage leaves, holidays, sick leave, permissions, business trips, and expense reimbursements.

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Generalist specialized in personnel administration to strengthen our HR team within a well-structured industrial group. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic production environment and will be responsible for managing administrative activities related to employee management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full management of the personnel administrative cycle (administrative onboarding, terminations, contract changes)
  • Payroll and contributions processing, liaison with external payroll consultants
  • Manage leaves, holidays, sick leave, permissions, business trips, and expense reimbursements
  • Manage relations with INPS, INAIL, CU, Uniemens, SARE
  • Monitor and manage monthly payroll variables
  • Administration of salary deductions, garnishments, and insurance policies
  • Support salary budgeting, salary review processes, and labor cost analysis
Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Good command of the English language (B2)
  • Practical knowledge of HR management and payroll software tools (Zucchetti)
  • Willingness to attend a different company location at least twice a month (Seriate)
  • Flexibility and strong problem‑solving orientation
Additional Assets
  • Experience in HR budget analysis and salary review processes
  • Familiarity with management software Success Factors

Salary : commensurate with experience

Contract : Permanent contract Possibility of smart working, once the trial period has passed and according to the rules of the function manager.
