Are you a highly organized and people-oriented individual looking to launch your career in a pharmaceutical multinational like Menarini? We are seeking an HR Onboarding Trainee to join our team and help us provide a seamless and welcoming experience for our new hires.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of Human Resources (HR) and make a direct impact on our company's growth by supporting our most valuable asset: our people.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

As an HR Onboarding Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting our new hire onboarding process. Your duties will include:

  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their pre-onboarding phase, answering questions and ensuring they are prepared for their first day.
  • Support: Assist in managing the new hire onboarding tracker, making sure all necessary steps are completed on time.
  • New Hire Setup: Collaborate with various departments, including IT and local HR, to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and accounts ready for day one.
  • Orientation Support: Aid in scheduling new hire orientation meetings and other relevant training sessions.
  • Record Keeping: Help add new hires to HR internal tools.
  • Process Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and administrative processes.
  • General Onboarding Support: Assist with various onboarding related tasks and provide entry-level support for general HR inquiries.
