The role involves managing Talent Acquisition, onboarding processes, and employee lifecycle management, while requiring a strong background in Italian labor law and HR practices. Ideal candidates should have 7-10 years of HR experience and fluency in both Italian and English.

You will act as the dedicated HR point of reference for the IT Corporate area, becoming a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, and contributing to the development of a dynamic, innovative, and international environment.
