JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Human Resources and a genuine passion for supporting people and organizations to grow. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and providing strategic and operational support to employees and managers.

You will act as the dedicated HR point of reference for the IT Corporate area, becoming a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, and contributing to the development of a dynamic, innovative, and international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and support end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes for the IT Corporate area: from defining needs with hiring managers to coordinating interviews and managing relationships with external partners (headhunting firms, universities, and the internal Talent Acquisition team).
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging Onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating induction activities and managing related administrative processes.
  • Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management processes (hiring, internal movements, exits), ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead and manage core HR processes, including salary review, performance appraisal, promotions, and organizational changes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with company policies and local labor legislation.
  • Serve as the main HR Business Partner for managers and employees within the IT area, providing advice and guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development) to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, organizational development, and overall performance.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role within a structured, international organization
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
  • Previous experience supporting IT or technical business functions is mandatory
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is considered a plus
