A leading multinational company in Genoa is seeking an HR Legal professional to provide legal support and guidance on HR matters. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Italian employment laws and assist in resolving employee disputes. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Law and 1-3 years of experience in labor law or HR legal advisory. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in employment law or HR legal advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of Italian labor laws.
• Ability to liaise confidently with employees at all levels.
