A leading global food company is seeking a Labor Cost Planning and Reporting HR Manager in Parma. The successful candidate will manage labor cost governance and support HR functions across regions. They require a BSc in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Italian. This role involves significant teamwork and data analysis, and candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluency in English and Italian required.

Mansioni

• Manage labor cost data flow governance for budget & forecast planning.
• Support monthly upload of actual labor cost data from payrolls.
• Accountable for timely variance analysis of labor costs.
• Manage HR metrics & dashboard reporting.
