Sobi is seeking an HR Generalist to support the implementation and delivery of key HR activities, focusing on HR processes, administration, learning and development, and organizational initiatives. The role collaborates with the HR team and managers to ensure efficient, compliant and people-centered HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, Psychology, Humanities or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in multinational companies, ideally pharma.
• Good understanding of core HR processes and labor law knowledge.

• Assist HR processes management, HR systems, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate training initiatives and manage learning records.
