We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our European HR team - a key role that blends operational excellence, people development and workplace wellbeing.

You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the evolution of HR processes, culture and employee experienceand take ownership of Health & Safety (H&S) compliance and initiatives at local level.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, administration and HR reporting
  • Contribute to payroll and support personnel cost controllingand budgeting
  • Maintain HR data, systems, and organizational charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee Health & Safety (H&S) activities, including compliance checks, employee training and coordination with external consultants.
  • Contribute to performance management, training and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate on cross-country HR projectsand continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are
  • Degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related field
  • 4+ years of HR experiencewithin the fashion & luxury or retail industry
  • Knowledge of labor law, payroll coordination, HR cost analysisand Health & Safety
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Fluent in English
  • Empathetic, detail‑oriented, and able to build trusted relationships at all levels.
