The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and fluency in English (C1). Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting employee wellness initiatives. This role requires a commitment to humanitarian values and a proactive approach to HR functions.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Plant roles.
• Experience in labour relationships and managing communications.
• Motivation to work in the humanitarian field.

Mansioni
