An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensation & Organization Specialist based in Milan, reporting to the Global HR Director. This pivotal role will focus on driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, implementing and managing global compensation programs, and ensuring the consistent maintenance of HR systems (HRZ / Oracle). The role will also oversee the development and communication of HR policies and internal communication strategies, all while aligning with business priorities and adhering to group guidelines.
