A multinational luxury goods company in Tuscany is seeking an HR professional to support line managers and manage various HR functions at the production site. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in an HR department within a manufacturing context, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. This role offers the chance to enhance workforce communication and engagement while managing attendance and recruitment efforts.

Competenze

Responsibilities

Be the referent of HR area at the Production Site of Radda in Chianti (Siena).

Job Responsibilities
Mission
  • Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics
  • Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context
  • Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well abseenteism and support on payroll area.
  • Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue.
  • Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions.
  • Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention.
  • Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.
Profile

Education: Bachelors/Master degree Experience: 4/5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant Skills and competences required: Good interpersonal and relationship skills Good communion skills Ability to work under pressure, to respect the deadlines and to set priorities Strong sense of initiative and autonomy, Team- working, proactivity and flexibility. Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
