Responsibilities
- Be the referent of HR area at the Production Site of Radda in Chianti (Siena).
- Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics.
- Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context.
- Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well as absenteeism and support on payroll area.
- Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue.
- Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions.
- Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention.
- Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.
Profile
- Education: Bachelors/Master degree
- Experience: 4–5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines and set priorities
- Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
- Team‑working, proactivity and flexibility
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
