A leading multinational company based in Vimercate seeks an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape the employee experience. You’ll lead a small team and ensure HR operations are compliant with Italian law while driving cultural transformation and supporting leadership development. Strong experience in HR and fluency in English and Italian are essential for this role.
As an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for the Italy Market. Based in our Monza office on a hybrid working model and reporting to the Senior HR Director, you’ll lead a team of two and provide expert HR support across a broad range of activities. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of HR operations, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with Italian employment law, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and operational execution. You’ll contribute to regional HR initiatives, collaborate with Centres of Excellence, and support leadership development and cultural transformation. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and inclusive practices, you’ll help embed a high-performance, values-led culture that supports our people and business goals.
