• At least 5 years as HR Generalist or HRBP in Italy, with full employee life-cycle ownership.
• Experience managing immigration procedures (permits, work visas).

Mansioni

• Anticipate legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Advise leaders on disciplinary procedures, contracts, and working-time arrangements.
• Monitor medical examinations and safety training.
• Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure data accuracy.
