A multinational organization based in Milan is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the HR Department. This role will support people management processes and serve as the HR interface for managers and employees. Strong knowledge of HR processes and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position is required. The company offers permanent employment with smart working options and a competitive salary package.
We're looking for a new colleague to cover the role of HR Business Partner, joining our HR Department and reporting directly to the HR Director.
The new resource will ensure HR professional support on people management to dedicated departments, guiding recruitment, onboarding, development and retention processes. She / he will be the first direct HR interface for managers and employees to support them regarding all HR matters; she / he collects business needs, adapts HR tools / initiatives and suggests methods for a response that is as effective as possible. High focus on Compensation & Benefit area and HR Admin.
Based in Milan, smart working is applicable; travel time could be up to 25% on monthly basis (we have offices in La Spezia and in Milan).
she / he collaborates in updating recurring HR reports (KPIs implementation and monitoring).
