A leading logistics company is seeking an HR Business Partner in Lombardia. In this role, you will manage HR operations, facilitate special projects, and oversee recruiting processes. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in HR roles within multinational environments, a Bachelor's degree in Legal or Economic, and is fluent in English. This is an opportunity to make impactful changes in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

  • At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner in a multinational or complex environment.
  • Strong experience within Industrial Relations.
  • Fluent in English.

In this HR Business Partner role you will:

Reporting directly to Senior HRBP, will have the following responsibility:

  • Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business;
  • Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic;
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs;
  • Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;
  • Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team;
  • Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;
  • Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees;
  • Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;
  • Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions
What we need from you:
  • At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries;
  • Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic
  • Strong experience within Industrial Relations
  • Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization
  • Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
  • Languages: English (fluent)
