A leading footwear company is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to assist the Administration and Payroll Team with salary management and personnel administration. The role involves ensuring compliance with legal duties and managing employee attendance and leaves. Ideal candidates should have experience in payroll processing and possess strong organizational skills. The position is based in Limena (PD) with some flexibility for remote work after training.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST to support the Administration and Payroll Team in the management and processing of salaries starting from the coding sheets presence fulfill the legal duties, tax and social security regarding personnel administration.

• management office staff attendance and support to colleagues
• management store personnel attendance and store manager support
• management maternity leave, special leave , Law 104
• management injury management
• management Anf (family allowance)
• management of deductions ' tax
• support the processing and control salary check for areas of expertise
• management data for the purposes of ' processing model and the model 770 Cud
• management of mandatory employment communications

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing
