For a prestigious global multinational, a leader in industrial components, we are looking for a/an:

Payroll Manager

The HR Administration and Compensation &Benefits Manager oversees both operational and strategic aspects of HR processes related to personnel administration, payroll, compensation, and benefits. The role emphasizes digital transformation, system integration, and international payroll coordination, with primary focus on Italy and active support for foreign subsidiaries. A key part of the position involves process standardization, automation, and enhancement of HR data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR administration and payroll processes, including coordination with local payroll providers abroad.
  • Optimize and coordinate compensation &Benefits systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Analyze labor costs and HR KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, productivity).
  • Produce advanced HR reports using data analytics and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Manage relationships with external providers and consultants.
  • Support compensation policy design and management reporting.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Law, or related disciplines; experience with payroll providers
  • Proven experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational environments and with team management responsibilities.
  • Expertise in project and change management.
  • In-depth understanding of Italian labor, tax, and social security laws.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and Office Suite; familiarity with AI tools like Copilot is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing contexts.
  • Background in smaller or family-owned companies.
  • Curiosity, teamwork, and a collaborative attitude, fostering growth and engagement within the HR team.
