A global performance apparel manufacturer based in Italy is looking for an HR Admin and Payroll Specialist. You'll handle payroll processes, manage relationships with payroll vendors, prepare employment contracts, and monitor personnel costs. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and advanced Excel skills. This on-site role is located in Asolo and offers the chance to work within a successful team.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll activities in structured companies.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Confidentiality and proactivity are essential.

Mansioni

• Collect monthly payroll variations and ensure accurate processing.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor personnel costs and prepare periodic budget reports.
• Collaborate with HR to define spending forecasts.
• Support HR budget management and identify deviations.
• Manage incentive systems (MBO, sales incentives).
