W Rome is seeking a Lead Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet luxury standards and guiding the housekeeping team.

You will inspect rooms, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, monitor status, and train staff while promoting safety and exceptional hospitality.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or related hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
