Missions

Coordinate the cleaning activities of the floor staff and control the conformity of the work done according to the standards and procedures established. Assist department managers in the management of equipment, linen and consumable supplies and play an essential role in daily customer relations. Participate in cleaning, maintenance, handling and turndown service activities as required.

The Housekeeping Supervisor provides a warm and personalized welcome to each guest, taking into account their preferences and the accompanying guests. Is the privileged interlocutor of the guests when it comes to his service, ensures their satisfaction and makes sure that their habits and preferences are respected. He also participates in leading team meetings and briefings, communicates effectively with other departments, primarily with the Front Desk and is responsible in maintaining good relations with all departments in the hotel and creates an atmosphere that encourages teamwork.
