We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at Torre del Barone Resort & Spa for the upcoming 2026 season. The role involves organizing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plans housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needs
  • Supervises housekeeping team and ensures quality and efficiency
  • Monitors room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areas
  • Coordinates with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventions
  • Manages inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
  • Participates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Implements hygiene protocols and ensures compliance with safety standards
  • Leads department meetings and collaborates with other teams
  • Controls costs and monitors departmental budget and productivity
  • Reviews operational reports and guest feedback
  • Works toward guest satisfaction targets and cleanliness review scores
Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards
  • Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
