Main Responsibilities
  • To maximize partner satisfaction by identifying and addressing concerns in a timely manner, thus maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners.
  • To strengthen day-to-day relationships with hotel partners and drive revenue growth through effective communication.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination between all departments.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hotel partners.
