Hotel Manager
Position Overview

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management – Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Ensure staff is trained, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence.
  • Guest Experience – Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay.
  • Operations Management – Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting, financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources.
  • Financial Oversight – Monitor hotel’s financial performance, manage expenses, and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Staff Development – Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing ongoing training, and developing staff to grow within the company.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel.
  • Marketing & Promotions – Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting the hotel, driving occupancy, and maximizing revenue during peak and off-peak seasons.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands‑on approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel management softwares and basic financial principles.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Fluent in Italian & English.
