Missions

Christmas Support for December 2025 (16 hours / week)

Your mission

You will provide a wide range of support for all tasks in which our store team requires additional help, for example:

• Welcoming, directing, and supporting our clients entering the store;
• Ensuring that our clients feel comfortable in our luxurious store environment at all times;
• Organisational support in After Sales Service, stockroom and deliveries;
• Representing RIMOWA in the best luxury way.

Profil

Your experience and skills

• We are looking forward to your experience in the luxury sector, but also welcome you as a new starter in our team.
• For advising our international customers, you speak fluent Italian and English, ideally you have additional language skills.
• The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about selling luxury products.
