A major staffing agency in Italy is seeking Welcome / Hospitality Staff to join their talent pool for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Korean, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a customer-oriented approach. The role involves managing hospitality operations, welcoming guests, and providing logistical support. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity based in Milano.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Korean (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Job Offer: Fixed-term contract

What will you be doing?

By joining the Randstad talent pool for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games , you will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of the Games and showcase your potential.

As Welcome / Hospitality Staff , you will be responsible for managing client-facing hospitality and reception operations. Specifically, your tasks will include :

• guest reception and management : welcoming and assisting Korean managers arriving in Milan to follow the Games.
• logistical and administrative support : providing operational support for the management of daily activities.
• transportation optimization : researching and verifying the most efficient routes to reach various locations.
• schedule management : Organizing the managers' agendas, including service and venue bookings.

What are the requirements we are looking for?

Fluent English and Korean are required (minimum B2 level). Italian knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory;

Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills;

Customer-oriented approach;

Proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
