RE:LAB s.r.l. is seeking a UX Designer to join the HMI team in Turin. You will design, analyze, and document user interactions for innovative mobility and HMI solutions, translating user needs into clear journeys and functional UX specifications.

You will collaborate with engineers and system specialists to refine interaction concepts, create wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to UX documentation standards across the team.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or related discipline.
• Past professional UX, interaction design, HMI, or similar field.
• Strong interest in UX, HMI, mobility, automotive environments.
• Proficiency with Figma; familiarity with Sketch/Adobe XD is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex interaction models clearly and logically.
• Strong UX principles, flows, wireframes, prototyping, and usability knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into consistent interaction solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Design and document user flows, task flows, user journeys, and interaction scenarios for HMI and digital interfaces.
• Translate UX concepts and user needs into clear interaction models and functional UX specifications.
• Define and maintain structured documentation describing interaction logic and system behavior.
• Analyze features to identify interaction logic, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, and other UX deliverables using design tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and system teams to ensure feasibility and implementation.
• Participate in design reviews and validate HMI interaction solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and UX benchmarking to identify patterns and opportunities.
