Candidates should have 5-6 years of hands-on experience on high-voltage transmission lines, particularly with 330kV and above, and must hold a Working at Height certification.

The role involves operating stringing equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards while performing installation tasks. Willingness to travel and work in remote areas is essential.
