Key Functions
- Personalized Service Delivery: Understanding each customer's preferences, needs, and desires through active listening and tailored questions.
- Effective Communication: Mastery of both verbal and non-verbal communication, ensuring clarity and warmth in interactions.
- Relationship Building: Ability to forge connections with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Emotional Intelligence: Managing one's emotions and empathizing with customers to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Thinking on one’s feet and providing tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Attention to Detail: Noticing and attending to the finer points of products and customer needs, ensuring bespoke and thoughtful interactions.
- Consumer Service Skills: Exceptional service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Proactive Sales Experience: Successful experience in conducting proactive sales of premium or luxury goods, preferably in audio/video categories.
- CRM and Pipeline Management: Experience working with CRM systems and knowledge of sales pipeline management.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant working experience in similar positions is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus.
- Experience selling premium or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, proactive sales approach.
