A leading technology consulting firm in Naples is searching for a Helpdesk Operator to support company devices and resolve IT issues through a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT support and possess communication skills. This role offers a full-time position within a dynamic environment focused on innovation and sustainability.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Possession of a B driving license.
• Availability for short and occasional travel.

Mansioni

• Configure company devices and provide support via a ticketing system.
• Assist with HW and SW on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot various issues faced by colleagues.

For our internal ICT team in Turin, we are looking for:

Helpdesk Operator

The candidate will configure company devices and provide support via a ticketing system.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Technical Skills:

• Level 1 Helpdesk activities
• Assist with HW and SW on-site and remotely
• Troubleshooting various issues faced by colleagues
• Manage company assets and workstations
• Install and maintain client OS and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office)
• Basic knowledge of corporate network architecture (VLAN, Switches, Cisco)
• Monitor and manage Helpdesk ICT tickets to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Additional Qualities:

• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for short and occasional travel
• Possession of a B driving license
