Location: Milano

Contract type: Apprendistato, Stage, T. Det, T. Ind

Work Hours: Full time or Part time (36H) – CCNL commercio e servizi

Salary: €24.000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first‑level support to users of the company's software systems.
  • Conduct an initial analysis of reported issues (hardware and software).
  • Interact with the client via phone or e‑mail to provide initial assistance or gather additional information.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of actions in the company issue‑tracking system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma (computer specialist preferred).
  • Good knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, and Linux.
  • Preferably at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Problem‑solving attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to help clients.
  • Organisational skills.

If you have limited experience, the company may offer an initial stage aimed at learning the role.
