The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of automotive manufacturing experience. Heat Treat Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set‑up heat treat line to meet production requirements
• Monitor production for proper operation
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine & preventative maintenance
• Inspect parts for quality defects
• Operate Hilo and overhead crane
• Maintain 5s in area

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience required
• Regular attendance required

PAY AND SHIFT TIMES

• Starting pay $21.50
• $0.75 shift premium
• 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Overtime including weekends may be required

This full‑time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.
