Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct RSPP and DGSA related activity, as per regulation
  • Work in compliance with the HSDG FedEx Policy and Procedures
  • Assess compliance of assigned locations to local legislation, FedEx manual and local HSDG management systems, performing periodical audit
  • Follow up on all HSDG deviations to provide support to close out non-compliances and action raised through internal and external auditing processes or following incidents investigations
  • Provide guidance on HSDG related aspects to the countries management and all stakeholders
  • Liase with local HS authorities and certifying bodies, facilitate external audits and follow up on them to maintain the relevant certification
  • Develop/implement HS/DG programmes and standards to reduce worker injuries and encourage all employees to take ownership in fostering correct attitudes towards HSDG matters
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering / “Tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro”
  • Advanced comprehension / speaking English language
  • RSPP, DGSA certifications
  • 5+ Years Experience preferably within a logistic organization
  • Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good judgement and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Be based in central‑southern Italy
